What recognition has the practice received?

Published in IOV Registered Valuers Foundation journals and ICAI RVO’s The Valuation Perspective. Topics include realizable value, black money impact on mortgage valuations, SARFAESI Act implications, and real estate market cyclicality.

Passed the examination of the 48th UP RERA agent training and certification programme (NIET, Greater Noida, 2–5 September 2026) for the separate brokerage proprietorship Only White Money Deals. See the Disclosures page.
