Privacy: what this website does with your information

What happens when I use the enquiry buttons and forms?

The fee-band tool and the contact form run in your browser. They build a message from what you typed and open WhatsApp or your email app. The message is sent by you, from your own account. Mortgage Valuation Experts receives it only if you press send there.

Who else sees my visit?

• Cloudflare hosts the site and sees the technical details of each request (such as IP address and browser), as any web host does.
• YouTube is contacted only after you press play on a video, using its privacy-enhanced address. Before that, the video thumbnail is the only YouTube request.
• WhatsApp and your email provider handle the messages you send them, under their own policies.
• Analytics: visits are counted with the practice’s own analytics script. It is used to see which pages are read, not to show advertising.
